Sudhanshu Aggarwal is a strategic leader and execution-focused professional with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors.

As the former Head of International Collaboration & Delivery at NSDC International, he was instrumental in designing and operationalising India’s most prominent skill mobility corridors—connecting Indian talent with opportunities in Europe, the Middle East, Japan, and Australia. Known for building and scaling high-impact initiatives, he has led transformative projects across government, multilateral, and private sectors in global skill development, international workforce mobility, and large-scale program delivery.

This is Sudhanshu’s second stint as a founder—prior to Veltrix, he successfully built and scaled his own startup in the education gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship from the ground up. He has also helped launch and grow several startups in education, edtech, insurance, skilling and global talent mobility space from the ground up, bringing strategic direction, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset to every venture.

A graduate of SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, he combines academic rigour with real-world agility. At Veltrix, Sudhanshu leads with a sharp focus on strategy, partnerships, and outcomes, working closely with clients to deliver scalable solutions that drive long-term impact.
